You’re paying for software that keeps organizing new discoveries, keeps your listening and curation in one place, and keeps improving with support behind it. It isn’t music, group access or a token.

What’s included
The supported core desktop toolset. Ongoing organization of new shares, listening, curation and export, plus updates, maintenance and support. Future services with their own running costs, like cloud sync or the iPhone companion, aren’t promised as part of it.
Tax, refunds and cancelling
Card: Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout. You’ll see the final total before you pay.
USDC paid from your own wallet: the amount shown is the final price, tax included.
Not happy? Ask within 14 days of your first membership payment and we’ll refund it in full. Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Card refunds go back to your card; USDC refunds are paid in USDC on Solana. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
Cancel any time from your account. Card memberships stay active until the end of the period you paid for. USDC periods are prepaid and do not renew on their own.
Card or USDC on Solana
Card: a hosted checkout that renews each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account.
USDC on Solana: you pay one invoice for one period, in exactly the amount shown, from your own wallet. Your access starts once our server verifies the payment on-chain. It never renews or debits your wallet automatically. We’ll never ask for a recovery phrase, private key or unlimited token approval.
Both give exactly the same membership. Crate Token isn’t accepted for payment and isn’t needed.

The original feedback group, and people the owner chooses, keep the same core toolset for free. No card, wallet, token, expiry or feedback quota, and no move to a paid plan.
