CrateSync can’t see a group

CrateSync only sees chats your own Telegram account belongs to. Check you’ve joined it, then choose it again in Groups and Bots.

A release was matched wrongly

Open it and correct the details, or confirm the right match in Needs Review. Your edits are kept on later updates.

Is my file lossless?

The spectrogram helps you inspect it, but it can’t prove a source is lossless, and conversion never restores missing detail.

Billing and membership

Manage or cancel from Account › Membership. Community Access needs no billing at all.
